May I bother you again with this subject?

Paragraphs 1 12 of No. 60 deal with certain

problems relating to China companies. The

Governor considers it undesirable to enact any

further legislation on this subject at this stage

until the Hong Kong Government are clearer as to

all the difficulties involved. In the meantime

the Governor suggests that the B.M.A. Proclamation

No. 27 as amended by Ordinance No. 2 of 1946 is

sufficient for present purposes and regulations

can

an be made thereunder for dealing with any matters

regarding the changes of organisation of a company.
